I say yes:
1517 Runs
1529 RBIs
449 HRs - Would have eclipsed "magical" 500 HR mark easily but for injury shortened career.
.408 Career On-Base %
.540 Career Slugging %
"Adjusted" OPS is 34th ALL-TIME
2-Time 30-30 guy
Gold Glove and MVP Award winner.
Anyone beg to differ?

He probably will get in but it may take awhile...you would think guys like Mattingly would get in too but they haven't and may never...Bagwell could be in that same category...what would have helped his cause was 500 hrs and a ring or two!!!
by numbers he should get in but he I could easily see him left out. In todays inflated home run numbers, his accomplishments dont' look as good as say they would have 10 years ago, when a guy with 450+ homers would have been a lock HOF player
