Most Valuable Player: LeBron James (over D Wade and Kobe; getting his team the overall
number one seed sealed the deal for me)

Rookie of the Year: Derrick Rose (I actually thought about Brook Lopez here, but the Bulls are in the playoffs, so…)

Co-Defensive Players of the Year: Dwight Howard (just a beast) and Dwyane Wade (close to being the best all-round player in the game)

Sixth Man of the Year: Jason Terry, Dallas (narrowly beating out my man, Nate Robinson)

Coach of the Year: Mike Brown, Cleveland (A lot of guys could make a case having to overcome injuries and other adversity – Doc Rivers, Stan Van Gundy, Nate McMillan, Rick Adelman, George Karl, etc. – but I went with the guy with the best record).
